modern design comfortable seating convenient amenities well-equipped fitness
the hotel's modern design really charmed me. the lobby had colorful, comfortable seating areas. my room offered convenient amenities, including a kettle and a selection of teas. i found the fitness center well-equipped with several cardio machines and weights.
the in-room safe had a slight delay when i entered my code, though it eventually worked.

The rooms were spacious and clean (I really appreciated the extra space). The hotel's location is excellent, particularly for transportation. The proximity to the train and tram station made getting around quite simple.

My room was very spacious. The customer service was excellent. They were quick to address my queries. It was inviting!
The restaurant was a disappointment. I stayed in for dinner and ordered a "Bread Basket" and a Cesar Salad. The bread basket was a joke from a serving point of view. The bread selection was bad! The butter was scraped off the edge of the bowl. The bread was only sliced white bread.

The hotel is close to the train station. It was a quick walk. connections to the city center are good. the staff were nice and checked us in early. the lobby area is spacious and clean.
We only had one bath towel. That was not enough for the two of us

the staff tried to accommodate early check-ins. they tried to keep up even when it got busy! the hotel has easy self-service check-in and check-out options, which speeded up the process.
